  • My deposit failed. What’s wrong?

    1. There may be a few reasons why your deposit didn’t come through: You have entered the wrong card details. In this case, you need to recheck all the information:

      • CardHolder’s Name
      • 16-digit number
      • Correct CVV code
      • Correct expiration date – make sure your card is valid until the date exposed on the front side of your card
      • Your card and bank allow foreign transactions

    2. Sometimes, when you delay depositing, your time for completing the transaction may be over. You should try to make a deposit again.
